Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of an innovative Architecture Operations platform. The role involves integrating cloud environments, DevSecOps pipelines, and the ServiceNow CMDB for a multi‑cultural, long‑term project.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB architecture following CSDM best practices.
• Define and optimise the ServiceNow data model.
• Integrate ServiceNow with AWS, Azure and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Create API‑based integrations between enterprise systems and ServiceNow.
• Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level design documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and enforce architecture standards.
• Support automation of cloud discovery and CI population.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution or Technical Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM and ITOM.
• Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with AWS, Azure or hybrid clouds.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
