Senior Project Manager – Quapital & Hermes

About the role

MTM Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead both business and IT initiatives using the Quapital methodology. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects generate tangible impact for clients in the funds, fintech, and health sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, resource and coordinate projects from initiation to closure.
• Oversee IT and business process enhancements, driving efficiency and measurable results.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams, executive sponsors and all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; resolve issues and challenge scope or priorities when necessary.
• Produce dashboards and executive presentations to report progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or coordination, bridging IT and business functions.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to challenge constructively while keeping focus on objectives.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit.
