Senior Project Manager

About the role

Axians is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a data transformation initiative for European Institutions. Based in Luxembourg, you will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with business, IT and external partners to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of a data transformation project, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule and budget.
• Set up and facilitate governance structures, including steering committees and regular project meetings.
• Coordinate activities across business units, IT teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage planning, risk, dependencies and decision‑making processes.
• Apply a hybrid delivery model that blends traditional project management with agile practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation and reporting skills.
• Fluent French (C1 level) is mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with structured project frameworks such as Quapital or equivalent.
