Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a key client in Luxembourg on a large‑scale business transformation programme. You will work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure smooth coordination, governance and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Programme Manager in day‑to‑day coordination and delivery of the transformation programme.
• Prepare and maintain governance documentation, reports, meeting materials and status updates.
• Monitor programme planning, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across several streams.
• Coordinate activities and communication between Stream Leaders, Business Analysts, Procurement teams and other stakeholders.
• Support decision‑making processes, steering committees and project controls to ensure effective governance.
• Track progress, consolidate information from different streams and provide regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of programme management and governance principles.
• Minimum 5 years (typically 8‑10+ years) of experience in programme management support (PMO) for large‑scale transformation or ERP programmes.
• Proven experience in planning, coordination and tracking of complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
• Experience establishing and operating programme governance structures such as Steering Committees and reporting cycles.
• Background in procurement or implementation phases of large programmes is a plus.
