Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will lead strategic ERP and transformation projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals and client expectations. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project lifecycle management, from planning through execution to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of large‑scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budgets, and risks to deliver quality outcomes on time.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and change‑management activities.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and optimise delivery processes.
• Oversee Phase 1 (definition of a solution‑agnostic Target Operating Model and ERP tool selection) and Phase 2 (translation into contractual business requirements and system‑integrator selection).

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in large‑scale transformation or ERP programmes.
• Strong understanding of programme management, governance principles and PMO support.
• Proven experience establishing governance structures (SteerCo, reporting cycles, decision frameworks).
• Experience working in multi‑stakeholder environments (business, IT, vendors) and supporting procurement/implementation phases.
• Background in financial institutions or regulated environments is an asset.

Required skills

• Programme management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Planning and tracking tools (roadmaps, milestone tracking, dependency management).
• Risk, issue and dependency management at programme level.
• Coordination of multi‑stream programmes and cross‑stream alignment mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, organisational and coordination abilities.
• ERP systems experience – SAP, Oracle.
