Senior Project Manager – HR Transformation (Oracle Cloud HCM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic HR transformation for a key client in Luxembourg. The role focuses on planning, chartering and delivering a multi‑module Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing documentation (SPARK implementation material, PeopleSoft HCM footprint, functional gaps, dependencies).
• Design an activity‑based planning approach, defining scope, resources, timeline and cost assumptions.
• Engage HR and GIS stakeholders to validate expectations, constraints and decision points.
• Define and produce a comprehensive project charter covering objectives, scope, approach, timeline, governance, stakeholder matrix, resource profiles, risks, dependencies and cost.
• Present, refine and obtain approval for the charter to enable resource procurement and project kickoff.

Required profile

• Recognised project‑management certification (PM², PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of project‑management experience, including at least 5 years leading large‑scale HR transformation or HRIS implementations.
• Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud HCM projects; experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar legacy systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare project initiation, planning and governance artefacts (charters, work plans, risk registers, communications plans).
