Senior Project Manager – Fund Reporting Repository (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of the Fund Reporting Repository module for a major European investment bank. The role is based in Luxembourg and requires full onsite presence, working closely with both the user community and the development team to ensure high‑quality functional enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between users and developers, managing communications and transition activities.
• Analyse user requirements and produce clear functional and software specifications for backlog items.
• Identify data duplication across systems and define specifications for data relocation to core applications.
• Design and develop new online reports, KPIs, and project progress dashboards linked to the repository.
• Perform impact analysis for the Front‑to‑Back instruction tool (NOW project) on the repository.
• Assess data quality, conduct preliminary testing, and coordinate ticket implementation in releases.
• Prepare and execute testing activities, including non‑regression tests, and update documentation such as data glossaries and user guides.
• Support the creation of a Middle Office solution for intermediate products, including conceptual data models and use cases.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong background in finance and investment funds, with mandatory experience in investment fund operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work full onsite in Luxembourg (5 days/week).
