Senior Metal Sales Professional – Luxembourg

About the role

Redstone Commodity Search is partnering with an international trading house to hire a senior metal sales professional based in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key industrial and manufacturing customers within the global commodities market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow sales across key industrial and manufacturing clients.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, from lead generation and pricing through contract negotiation and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customers, traders, and logistics teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and trading teams to ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B metals sales, ideally within base or non‑ferrous commodities.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer needs, particularly in galvanising, casting, or chemical applications.
• Experience managing regional client portfolios and driving new business development.
• Self‑starter with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of contract structures and incoterms.
• Understanding of logistics related to physical metal trading.
