Senior Litigation Associate

About the role

Our client, a prestigious international law firm with a strong Luxembourg presence, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team. The role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile commercial and civil disputes while enjoying a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, contract litigation, and civil proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, statements of claim, defenses, and comprehensive legal opinions.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups to develop litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer (Avocat / Avocat à la Cour) admitted to practice in Luxembourg.
• 4–10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including civil, commercial, or employment law matters.
• EU law degree, LL.M or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
