Senior ITSM Test Engineer – Luxembourg

About the role
We are looking for a Senior ITSM Test Engineer to join a key client in Luxembourg on a B2B contract. You will lead test management activities, design and implement automation solutions, and work within an Azure DevOps environment. Prior experience with BMC Helix ITSM is a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain and execute test cases while acting as Test Manager for the project.
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
- Develop and run API tests using REST Assured and Postman.
- Integrate automation suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot to optimise testing workflows.
- Create test scenarios based on hands‑on knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test management and automation.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality test artefacts.
- Familiarity with B2B contract environments and on‑site collaboration.
