Senior IT Corporate Support Officer

About the role

Luxtrust is seeking a motivated Senior IT Corporate Support Officer to join its growing team in Capellen. Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, you will provide advanced technical support and help shape the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver second‑ and third‑level support for complex hardware, software and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced problems across servers, virtualization platforms and cloud environments.
• Manage and maintain enterprise systems, networks and Active Directory.
• Lead incident response, ensuring timely resolution of critical outages.
• Mentor junior support staff and promote knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement system upgrades and performance improvements.
• Monitor system health, enforce security best practices and contribute to IT policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and external service providers.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, changes and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking and system administration.
• Proven experience with servers, virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
