Senior Front-End Developer - React & SharePoint Online (SPFx)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Front‑End Developer with deep expertise in React and SharePoint Online (SPFx) to build and maintain enterprise‑grade intranet solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, back‑end engineers, and business stakeholders to turn design concepts into high‑quality, performant front‑end experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom front‑end solutions using React and SPFx components for SharePoint Online.
• Translate UX/UI designs, wireframes, and specifications into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Build reusable components and scalable front‑end architectures.
• Integrate front‑end components with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services, and existing enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, data‑protection, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Participate in development, integration, and user‑acceptance testing; debug and resolve issues.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, and handover materials.
• Support knowledge transfer and collaborate in agile, sprint‑based delivery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, UX/UI Design, HCI or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of front‑end development experience for web‑based applications or portals.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js/JavaScript across multiple projects.
• Proven experience developing custom front‑end components, SharePoint Online integrations, and SPFx‑based solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
