Senior Financial Analyst – Finance & Procurement

About the role

Finsys Consulting is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Luxembourg office. The role blends financial analysis with procurement and vendor management, supporting leading European banks in a high‑impact consulting environment. You will work on multimillion‑euro budgets, develop forecasts and ensure operational resilience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement cycles, including sourcing, contracting and vendor performance monitoring.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure compliance, service‑level adherence and cost efficiency.
• Develop accurate budgets, forecasts and financial models to support decision‑making.
• Partner with client finance teams to manage multimillion‑euro budgets.
• Analyse historical and current financial data, produce variance and pipeline analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Design, implement and monitor KPIs to track financial and procurement performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical expertise with a structured audit background.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and financial management in large organisations.
• Proven ability to streamline procurement, drive performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent multitasking skills and experience working with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement and Operations.
