Senior ERP Project Manager – Oracle NetSuite

About the role

You will lead the continuous improvement of an already live Oracle NetSuite ERP environment. The focus is on enhancing functionality, adding new modules, and optimizing core business processes while maintaining system stability.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise, structure and manage enhancement requests in line with business needs.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and the external ERP partner for delivery and configuration.
• Oversee configuration changes, testing and controlled deployment in the production environment.
• Maintain governance processes to ensure reliable, well‑documented system updates.
• Monitor and report on the value delivered by each enhancement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP program management, delivery or functional consulting.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle NetSuite (or a comparable ERP) in a live production setting.
• Strong background in post‑go‑live ERP optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change‑request pipelines and to work with external service providers.
• Deep knowledge of core ERP processes: Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
