Senior Direct Tax Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Direct Tax Compliance professional to join our Luxembourg team. You will work closely with various IQ‑EQ departments, providing expert tax advice and ensuring accurate, timely tax filings for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal teams by sharing direct tax expertise in day‑to‑day operations.
• Review, prepare and file corporate income tax returns, tax provisions and withholding tax returns.
• Handle client‑specific direct tax requirements and meet all relevant deadlines.
• Maintain and update portfolio information, providing regular feedback to your line manager.
• Keep workflow monitoring systems current and contribute to their improvement.
• Participate in projects to enhance tax reporting processes and templates.
• Assist on ad‑hoc initiatives such as DAC6, Pillar II and Transfer Pricing.
• Liaise with clients, accountants, lawyers, corporate officers and tax authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or tax, preferably with exposure to Luxembourg taxation.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to deepen tax knowledge.
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts (advantageous).
