Senior DevOps Engineer – Luxembourg

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg and support the maintenance, evolution, and operation of enterprise application platforms within a large‑scale IT environment. The role focuses on release management, automation, system reliability and IT service management for business‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ITSM processes including Change, Incident, Problem, Deployment and Release management.
• Define, implement and maintain release and deployment pipelines.
• Coordinate activities across IT Service Management frameworks and act as the Single Point of Contact for incidents and service requests.
• Package, document and deliver releases in line with organisational standards.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support and maintain operational documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support root‑cause analysis and performance monitoring for Linux and Windows environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with strong DevOps and release management background.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience with ITIL practices (incident, problem and release management).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise databases such as Oracle or Sybase.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
