Senior Corporate Lawyer (Luxembourg)

About the role

Luther, a leading international business law firm, is expanding its Luxembourg office and seeks a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join the Corporate/M&A team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of multinational corporations, investment funds, and private equity clients, providing high‑level legal advice on complex corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, refinancings, venture‑capital transactions and related corporate matters.
• Coordinate daily interactions between clients, counterparties, and service providers.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal and corporate documents, including capacity and enforceability opinions.
• Manage and coach junior team members, overseeing their work and development.
• Lead legal research initiatives and ensure the quality of legal analysis.
• Contribute to the firm’s business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a lawyer in a corporate department.
• Master’s degree in Law; admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
