Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to lead cybersecurity initiatives for its global clients. You will work on a variety of projects, helping organisations design, implement and continuously improve their security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, monitor and improve security measures for data, applications, systems and network infrastructures.
• Advise clients on technical choices for cybersecurity architecture, dimensioning, modeling, proof‑of‑concepts, integration and system hardening.
• Respond to security incidents, perform reverse engineering, root‑cause analysis and develop remediation plans.
• Prepare security approval documentation such as Security Architecture Files, Security Justification Files, Security Plans and Interconnection Policies.
• Contribute to internal service development, business development and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy delivering cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI, quick learning ability, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical, autonomous and a proven team player.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, PowerShell.
• Networking: IP networks.
• Operating systems: Unix/Linux, Windows, macOS.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Application layers: Web servers, databases, middleware.
• Security fundamentals: Cryptography; knowledge of blockchain is a plus.
