Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity to join its global consulting practice. The role involves advising clients on cyber risk, strategy, compliance and operations while contributing to the firm’s internal service development and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, monitor and improve security measures for data, applications, systems and network infrastructures.
• Advise on technical choices for cybersecurity architecture, dimensioning, proof‑of‑concepts, integration, hardening and evolution.
• Respond to security incidents, perform reverse engineering, root‑cause analysis and prepare security approval documentation.
• Develop internal offerings, support business development and participate in commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics.
• 3‑6 years of consultancy experience delivering cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI, with ability to quickly acquire expertise.
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, PowerShell.
• Networking: IP networks.
• Operating systems: Unix/Linux, Windows, macOS.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Application layers: web servers, databases, middleware.
• Security fundamentals: cryptography, blockchain (plus).
