Senior Consultant Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead business transformation and operational excellence initiatives for its clients. You will work closely with organisations to analyse current processes, design innovative solutions and support implementation to achieve sustainable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational‑excellence action plans that boost client performance.
• Analyse key business processes, identify bottlenecks and propose simplification or automation measures.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide implementation teams, coach them through change, and ensure results are embedded.
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering talent development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate the rollout of corporate strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient adoption.
• Monitor outcomes, drive continuous improvement and report on measurable results.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Proven experience analysing business processes and delivering productivity‑enhancing solutions.
• Strong quantitative research background with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Demonstrated project‑management skills from inception to delivery.
• Leadership experience leading cross‑functional teams toward positive outcomes.
• Humility, result‑orientation, pragmatism and a collaborative mindset.
