Senior Consultant – Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead business transformation and operational excellence initiatives for its clients. The role combines analytical rigor with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that boost productivity, reduce costs and embed technology into long‑term strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational excellence action plans to improve client performance.
• Analyse key business processes, identify inefficiencies and propose simplification and improvement measures.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support implementation of solutions, coaching client teams until sustainable results are achieved.
• Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering talent development.
• Facilitate the rollout of corporate strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient adoption.
• Monitor results, drive continuous improvement and report on outcomes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance).
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Proven experience analysing business processes and delivering productivity‑enhancing solutions.
• Strong quantitative research and numerical analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience from inception to delivery.
• Leadership experience guiding teams toward positive outcomes.
• Humility, result‑orientation, pragmatism and a collaborative mindset.
