Senior Business Analyst – SharePoint & Power Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the design and rollout of a document governance and workflow management solution for a major European institution. The role focuses on leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform to modernise document pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current document pipeline management process, technical solution and pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, identify constraints and define the target “to‑be” architecture.
• Design and document the solution architecture, including SharePoint Online configuration, Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards.
• Lead development, testing, deployment and user training for the new solution.
• Support go‑live activities, provide post‑implementation technical support and implement necessary adjustments.
• Produce documentation of the solution’s technical features and governance compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
• Proven background as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of document management, workflow automation and knowledge‑management concepts.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
