Senior Business Analyst – Process Improvement & RPA

About the role

Cosmote Global Solutions NV is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and improvement of business processes, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. The role focuses on enhancing the Group Client Portal and maintaining automated RPA solutions to support operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current processes and define improvement initiatives.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements for the Group Client Portal (GCP).
• Develop and maintain test cases, including regression testing.
• Maintain and enhance automated processes using UiPath, such as clause extraction and document generation.
• Facilitate meetings with user communities to capture enhancement ideas.
• Produce project documentation (business case, charter, detailed requirements, test case documents).
• Update user guides and support project implementation.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in Information Technology, Finance or Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of RPA (UiPath) and financial instruments (loan, equity, guarantee).
• Experience with defect‑tracking/ticketing tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Visio, Excel, Access).
• Familiarity with modelling techniques such as UML and BPMM.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
