Senior Business Analyst - P2P

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities within a large‑scale ERP transformation programme, focusing on Procurement‑to‑Pay (P2P) and payment processes. The role involves shaping future operating models and ensuring seamless alignment between business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for the ERP transformation programme, concentrating on P2P and payment processes.
• Define and document target operating models, business processes, and functional requirements.
• Support ERP selection and system integrator procurement by preparing detailed use cases.
• Produce clear, traceable, high‑quality documentation that aligns business, IT, and programme stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Procurement‑to‑Pay processes, including Accounts Payable.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP‑enabled transformation programmes, business analysis, or large‑scale process transformation.
• Proven experience with major ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent, covering implementation, process design, and fit/gap assessments.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to challenge existing practices and drive process standardisation.
