Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the design and optimisation of document management and financial reporting processes. The role combines deep analytical expertise with hands‑on experience in SharePoint, business process modelling and BI reporting within a large financial organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain SharePoint‑based document management portals.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive project delivery.
• Model business processes using BPMN, UML and conceptual data models.
• Support change‑management initiatives, procurement monitoring and tendering processes.
• Calculate greenhouse‑gas emissions, disbursed amounts and climate‑risk indicators using Copernicus data.
• Automate document workflows and test IT applications in the financial sector.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and BI reports using SAP BusinessObjects, IBM Cognos and Lumira.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial organisation with more than 500 employees.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluent English (C1) and good French (B2) – French is preferred.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management approaches.
