Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a key client in Luxembourg. The role focuses on ensuring functional completeness, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting the scalability of the ASAPP platform within an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure functional completeness and consistency across all mandates.
• Maintain robust workflow management capabilities.
• Enhance reporting and monitoring functionality.
• Support scalability and future evolution of the ASAPP platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide project reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 + years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in agile software development and enterprise‑scale projects.
• Strong background in business requirement gathering, functional and technical analysis, and testing of business software.
• Excellent communication and user‑training abilities.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on approach to complex problem resolution.
