SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Part‑time, Hybrid, Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join us on a part‑time (50%) contract basis. The role is hybrid, with 40% of the time onsite in Luxembourg, and focuses on release management and ongoing support for a multi‑module SuccessFactors landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Release Manager: build and maintain the release calendar, drive execution, analyse new features and assess impact for the customer.
• Organise and lead stakeholder meetings to present new functionalities, decide on activation, and coordinate testing, non‑regression and change‑management activities.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for existing SuccessFactors modules (Employee Profile, Performance Management/Goal Management, Succession Management, Platform & LMS).
• Liaise with HR business representatives, SAP Support and internal IT teams to answer functional questions and manage access rights.
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting and work‑around design, as well as prepare and execute test scenarios and UAT.
• Attend bi‑weekly calls with the SAP Customer Success Partner and support the annual mandatory learning cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and release management.
• Strong knowledge of HR modules such as Employee Profile, PM/GM, Succession Management, Platform and LMS.
• Ability to communicate effectively with HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration, access management and testing processes.
