Sales Executive – Real Estate (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our innovative coliving and housing portfolio in Luxembourg. The role combines business development, relationship management and sales execution to expand our network and strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source new properties and business opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with real‑estate agencies and property owners.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with developers.
• Manage outreach, prospecting, networking and in‑person meetings.
• Participate in room sales and support occupancy growth.
• Qualify leads, negotiate opportunities and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and propose expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales experience (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and French; Luxembourgish is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
• Degree in any field is a plus but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results‑driven attitude with a “getting things done” mindset.
