Sales Development Manager – Ads & Promotions

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead the growth of our Ads and Promotions business across the region. In this role you will shape the sales strategy, build strong merchant relationships and drive revenue for Wolt Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue from merchant advertising.
• Design and optimise sales processes to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, retailers and brands.
• Negotiate and close advertising deals that boost product adoption and customer engagement.
• Own the ads and promotions revenue targets and report performance metrics to leadership.
• Lead and motivate the local account management team to exceed revenue and retention goals.
• Collaborate with central ads, marketing and commercial teams to align objectives and execution.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising or a related commercial role with a proven record of revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
