Sales Advisor – Luxury Retail (Weekend)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our Max Mara store in Luxembourg on weekends. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality customer experience and driving sales in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice to customers and turn visits into lasting loyalty.
• Handle cash register operations and manage transactions accurately.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and order processing.
• Maintain the visual appearance, atmosphere and brand image of the store.
• Support CRM initiatives and contribute to store projects.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Retail experience, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Charismatic, outgoing, flexible and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cash register systems.
• Experience using CRM tools.
