Relationship Manager – Middle East (Luxembourg)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will work closely with the Wealth Management Senior Lead to develop and maintain high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) client relationships across the Middle East, based in Luxembourg. The role focuses on generating new business, expanding wallet share, and delivering tailored investment solutions while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain HNW/UHNW client relationships in the Middle East region.
• Generate new assets under management (AuM) and revenue through business development and relationship management.
• Recommend suitable investment products and services based on client objectives, risk profile and preferences.
• Periodically review client portfolios to ensure alignment with investment goals.
• Collaborate with investment managers, trading, research and client services teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Act as the accountable client owner for AML, KYC and overall compliance matters.
• Maintain communication with senior management regarding any supervisory issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wealth management or private banking with a focus on HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of investment products, asset allocation and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
