Regional Manager Western & Northern Europe

About the role

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is seeking a Regional Manager for Western & Northern Europe. You will act as the face of LuxSE to senior executives, driving growth, building relationships, and expanding our presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Represent LuxSE at C‑Suite and senior‑management level as a brand ambassador.
• Implement and report on a growth strategy focused on financial results and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Head and internal teams to define strategies for attracting new issuers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market developments, conduct research, and identify new products and customer needs.
• Promote LuxSE services, aligning them with client objectives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers, exploring strategic partnerships.
• Increase LuxSE visibility through participation in industry associations and forums.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a business development manager or sales executive in market infrastructure or securities services.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in European debt capital markets.
• Strong network with Northern & Western financial institutions and corporates; experience engaging C‑level audiences.
• Strategic thinker able to work independently and within teams.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
