Regional Manager – Western & Northern Europe

About the role

Luxembourg Stock Exchange is seeking a Regional Manager for Western and Northern Europe. The role will lead sales activities, manage client relationships and support the growth of LuxSE’s services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing LuxSE to C‑suite and senior management audiences.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Head and internal stakeholders to attract new issuers and market segments.
• Monitor local market developments, conduct research and identify new product and client opportunities.
• Promote LuxSE services, aligning them with client objectives and market trends.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers, exploring strategic partnerships where appropriate.
• Increase LuxSE visibility through participation in industry associations and forums.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a business development manager or sales executive in market infrastructure or securities services.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in European debt capital markets.
• Strong network with financial institutions and corporates in Northern and Western Europe.
• Deep knowledge of structured finance products is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English; additional European languages are an asset.
