Refrigeration Food Retail Technician

About the role

Join AHT, a member of the Daikin Group, as a Refrigeration Food Retail Technician. You will work independently and as part of a team to service, maintain and commission commercial refrigeration systems for the food retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance and commissioning of refrigeration systems.
• Conduct inspections and performance assessments at partner sites.
• Assist with assembly of prototypes and special units.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support, including analysis, reporting and documentation updates.
• Train partner technicians and present new AHT products.
• Participate in installation and dismantling of refrigeration equipment.

Required profile

• Qualification in refrigeration, electromechanics, air‑conditioning or HVAC, or equivalent experience.
• Valid refrigeration engineer’s certificate (additional certificates are a plus).
• Solid experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial refrigeration in the food industry.
• Fluent English with good spoken and written French and Dutch.
• Category B driving licence.
• Independent, solution‑oriented, flexible and customer‑focused.
• Willingness to work on‑call shifts and overtime.
