Red Teamer / Pentester – Offensive Security Consultant

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Red Teamer/Pentester to join its Offensive Security team. You will act as an ethical attacker, testing the defenses of high‑profile organisations such as banks, European institutions and critical infrastructure providers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted penetration tests, Red Team and Purple Team engagements across web applications, internal networks and cloud environments.
• Simulate realistic attack scenarios including phishing/vishing campaigns and physical intrusion attempts.
• Produce clear, actionable reports for technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Support proposal writing, scoping and the design of bespoke security assessments.
• Contribute to the improvement of labs, tooling, knowledge bases and overall offensive capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in thinking and operating like a real attacker while staying on the right side of the law.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high‑performing, research‑focused team.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
