Receptionist (6-month Fixed-term)

About the role

As the primary receptionist for BBH’s Luxembourg office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, service providers and internal staff. Working within the Enterprise Services team, you will also support the planning and coordination of client and internal events, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, service providers and BBH employees from other offices.
• Answer telephone calls, take messages, respond to inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate parties.
• Monitor and track incoming requests, escalating urgent matters as needed.
• Manage conference‑room reservations and bookings.
• Maintain department databases and keep office supplies stocked.
• Process department invoices and file receipts and related documents.
• Handle daily inquiries and requests, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide backup support for team members when required.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hospitality or reception role; hotel reception experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional hours outside the standard 9 am‑6 pm schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office package.
