About the role

Manning Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for a client in Luxembourg. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital transformation projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service & Project Operations).
• Analyse and optimise business processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, deployment and hyper‑care.
• Manage vendors and partners, including Microsoft and system integrators.
• Drive change management, user training and adoption.
• Control risk, budget and timeline while ensuring delivery.
• Apply strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (mandatory) and proficient in English.
• Experience in infrastructure, telecom or utilities domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑level IT environments.
• Proven ability to manage risk, budgets and project timelines.
