Project Manager – European Institutions (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects for European Institutions within the public sector. Based near Luxembourg, you will apply NTT DATA’s ENGAGE methodology to deliver high‑quality outcomes from charter definition through to project closure.

Key responsibilities

• Define project charters, plans, and controls following the ENGAGE methodology.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead project teams, review deliverables, and ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders via working groups, progress meetings, and change‑management boards.
• Prepare and present project documentation, workshop materials, and steering‑committee reports.
• Maintain project and quality plans, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the public sector.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PM², PMBOK).
