Project Manager – Digital Factory (Assistant Director)

About the role

The Digital Factory Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, schedule and strategic goals. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure for digital products and solutions.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business owners, developers, UI designers and QA specialists.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies and keep projects on track.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Oversee budget tracking and ensure financial control throughout the project.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure traceability of decisions and actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing digital transformation or software development projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
