Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM-BA)

About the role

United Caps is seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM-BA) to lead complex business and transformation initiatives from concept to delivery. This hybrid position blends project leadership with deep business analysis to ensure solutions meet real business needs while staying on schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects, building detailed plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and steering committees.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Support testing, user acceptance, data validation and reporting activities.
• Facilitate change management, go‑live, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
• Proven experience in a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
