Project Manager & Business Analyst

About the role

Quento Technologies is looking for a motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst to support its digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that projects align with the Group’s strategic vision and are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Report on business vision, digital storylines and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Group’s transformation ambition.
• Monitor risks and issues, identifying them early and implementing mitigation measures.
• Organise and prepare meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate documentation and supporting materials, ensuring approval from relevant parties.
• Maintain and update action and decision logs, stakeholder lists and Terms of Reference.
• Engage regularly with core members such as co‑business leads and GDO lead.
• Support budget preparation and planning together with budget officers and DTO PMO.
• Review processes for continuous improvement and perform quality controls on the demand‑management pipeline.
• Provide requirements for enhancements to the Demand Management Tool.
• Manage reporting for the value chain and support workshop organisation and facilitation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group’s anti‑bribery and corruption policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong command of English.
• Proven experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience eliciting and preparing business requirement documents.
• Experience writing user stories and preparing/executing test cases.

Required skills

• UML (Unified Modeling Language).
• BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
