Program Manager, ATS Scheduling

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of scheduling programs within the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) organization. You will work across multiple teams to ensure operational excellence and drive data‑backed innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Launch new scheduling programs, monitor performance metrics, and report on key objectives.
• Analyze operational data to identify challenges and develop continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Amazon departments to share best practices and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Manage stakeholders, define program standards, and oversee ongoing program performance.
• Plan, implement, and refine initiatives that keep ATS operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience in program or project management, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Track record of defining and executing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
