Production Digitalisation Coordinator

About the role

As a Production Digitalisation Coordinator you will drive the automation and digital transformation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production, planning and IT teams to create smarter, data‑driven workflows that improve efficiency and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate process optimisation projects focused on automation and digitalisation.
• Conduct detailed analyses and develop sustainable improvements across the production line.
• Design and refine lean value chains to support efficient throughput.
• Implement systems for automated data collection and ensure accurate information flow between departments.
• Organise data processing and visualisation tools that enable data‑driven decision making.
• Participate in Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance competitive advantage.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to raise quality and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align digital projects with operational goals.
• Establish an intelligent production control system that optimises operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management & Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
• Strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and modern production environments.
• Experience with LEAN management methods and process optimisation in manufacturing (a plus).
• Motivated team player with a structured, analytical and independent work style.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English plus German or French.
