Product Manager – Insurance Innovation

About the role

WEALINS, a leading life‑insurance and capitalisation solutions provider in Luxembourg, is looking for a Product Manager to join its Innovation, Product Development and Project Management team. You will drive the design, launch and continuous improvement of insurance products, ensuring they meet market, regulatory and commercial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product design, development and updates based on market intelligence and regulatory changes.
• Support product launch processes, coordinate green‑light approvals, and manage activation/deactivation.
• Define product specifications from business needs and obtain managerial validation.
• Prepare and maintain pre‑contractual and contractual documentation with cross‑functional input.
• Maintain a comprehensive, up‑to‑date repository of product documentation.
• Communicate product activations and deactivations internally.
• Ensure product quality throughout its lifecycle and participate in feasibility studies.
• Identify new market opportunities and support definition of commercial features with sales teams.
• Gather regulatory and technical requirements and submit them for validation.
• Participate in Product Oversight and Governance activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably with life‑insurance products.
• Strong project and product management expertise.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of life‑insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an international environment.
