Product Manager – Digital Assets & Collateral Solutions

About the role

As a senior Product Manager within Clearstream Banking’s Collateral, Lending and Liquidity Solutions (CLLS), you will lead the development of innovative collateral solutions, including crypto‑collateral, blockchain connectivity and AI‑driven optimisation. The role requires strong product ownership, autonomy and the ability to translate complex regulatory and market requirements into actionable roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and position digital collateral solutions aligned with Clearstream strategy.
• Translate client and market needs into detailed product requirements and roadmaps.
• Design data‑driven, algorithmic or AI‑supported solutions such as collateral optimisation and eligibility logic.
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory and control requirements for digital assets and algorithmic components.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with IT, Product Delivery, Data and Operations teams.
• Support sales and relationship management in client discussions and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Accounting and Regulatory Reporting.
• Contribute to pricing, business cases and go‑to‑market activities.
• Participate in industry working groups and client forums on digital assets and collateral innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in digital/AI, collateral management, securities services or repo/lending.
• Solid understanding of collateral management and triparty services.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenisation or DLT‑based solutions.
• Proven ability to design business solutions leveraging algorithms, data and AI concepts.
• Strong analytical, structuring and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.
