Process Lead – Finance Transformation (Planning & Performance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Lead to drive a large‑scale ERP‑enabled finance transformation programme, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation and performance management. The role will be based in Luxembourg on a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite each week.

Key responsibilities

• Define and shape the Target Operating Model (TOM) aligned with a standard‑first ERP strategy.
• Structure and document business processes, requirements and use cases.
• Support ERP vendor selection and system integrator procurement activities.
• Produce clear, traceable and audit‑ready documentation.
• Challenge existing processes and drive standardisation and optimisation.
• Facilitate workshops and engage closely with finance and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of experience in ERP‑enabled finance transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring abilities.
• Proven ability to challenge legacy processes and lead transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Deep expertise in process modelling and requirements definition.
• Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder programme environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Advanced data structuring and financial modelling capabilities.
