Process Expert – Fleet Excellence & Sustainability

About the role

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for a Process Expert to shape the future of its Surface Transportation operations across the EU. You will design and implement world‑class middle‑mile processes that improve delivery speed, cost efficiency and sustainability while working in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch systems, metrics and programs that drive network‑wide compliance, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations leaders to assess the impact of new initiatives and integrate them into fulfillment, sort, air and delivery stations.
• Collaborate with global Amazon teams to share best practices and enhance end‑to‑end outcomes for customers.
• Work with technology and product managers to create tools and systems that support business growth.
• Develop and deliver ACES training, standard work documentation and audit processes.
• Analyze operational barriers, identify root causes and implement data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Strong passion for continuous improvement and a bias for action in a start‑up environment.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and influence senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• High attention to detail and capacity to juggle competing priorities.
