Portfolio Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Tether is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to take full ownership of a roughly $1 billion portfolio of real‑estate investments. The portfolio includes third‑party managed funds, co‑investment SPVs, and a select group of directly held assets, with a strong emphasis on commercial hospitality properties and limited residential exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the performance of the entire real‑estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with investment objectives.
• Maintain accountability of external managers and oversee co‑investment SPVs.
• Provide analytical support to the Investment Committee, preparing data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Track asset‑level performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, diversified real‑estate portfolios, preferably with a focus on hospitality assets.
• Strong analytical and operational capabilities with a track record of delivering high‑visibility results.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior investment professionals.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.
