PMO & Support Specialist for CLC at EY

About the role

Join EY as a PMO & Support Specialist within the CLC team in Luxembourg. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Country Managing Partner and other senior leaders, initially focusing on executive support and later transitioning to a full‑time project management office function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas and ensure all documentation is accurate and ready for review.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests from the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collect, consolidate and organize materials for internal and partner meetings, steering committees and project reviews.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets and scope; update dashboards, reports and status summaries.
• Log risks and issues, follow up on actions, and escalate critical items when necessary.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements and capture lessons learned from ongoing projects.
