Placement Office Administrator

About the role

LUNEX, a private University of Applied Sciences in Luxembourg, is seeking a full‑time Placement Office Administrator. The role supports students in securing and completing clinical placements that meet programme and accreditation standards, while assisting the Placement Coordinator and maintaining strong links with partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement placement support for health programmes in collaboration with the Placement Coordinator.
• Plan, allocate and monitor student placements across academic programmes.
• Maintain accurate student and partner records in the SONIA placement database.
• Process timesheets, correspondence and administrative tasks related to placements.
• Prepare reports on student hours, marks and placement statistics for the Examination Board.
• Handle enquiries from providers, staff, students and the public via phone, mail or email.
• Advise, guide and motivate students throughout their placement experience.
• Ensure GDPR‑compliant handling of personal data and keep filing systems up to date.

• Ability to work independently within established procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff and external partners.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data protection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the SONIA clinical placement management software.
